Just because today is a holiday doesn’t mean we need to eat garbage, unless you’re into that sort of thing. It has been almost 3 weeks since I started eating clean and I’ve already lost 11 lbs and a dress size! My skin is clearer than ever, and I’m not bloated. This has been the easiest thing I have ever done and I plan on doing it moving forward.
