This weeks easy to follow meal plan will make it easier to stick to your plan, mostly because the lovely folks at Clean Eating Mag have done all of the work for us. I love it when that happens. Their approach is to eat five smaller meals a day that are made up of seasonal and clean ingredients to keep your metabolism going strong and keep you feeling full longer. Fuller longer? Just go with whichever is grammatically correct 🙂
