Planning an event involves layers upon layers of details and planning that start months before the event do. From the pre-planning stage to the day-of-event logistics, there’s a lot to keep track of which is why you need an Event Planning Checklist. If you only keep all those details in your head, you’ve already failed. You’ve got to be able to share your event plan with others, because people aren’t mind readers, and you’ll likely need some help pulling off your event.
Below is my Professional Event Planner Checklist that I wanted to share with you. I created this list and use it EVERY TIME I go to plan an event.
