Think like a skinny girl at Chick-Fil-A

   Did you know Chick-Fil-A has a ton of good meal options for less than 500 calories? I never bothered to look past my usual meal of a crispy chicken sandwich deluxe, large waffle fries (with extra Chick-Fil-A sauce), lemonade and ice dream cone. That meal totals over 1,500 calories, yikes!

Today was the first time I went there with my new “think like skinny girl” mantra in mind. It was very, very hard to not get the usual, but once I finished my meal I didn’t feel like being rolled out of the restaurant (the staff there is so helpful!)

 Here is what I ordered:

  • chargrilled chicken and fruit salad 220 calories
  • Light Italian dressing (whole packet) 50 calories
  • H2O
