I went to my first TRX class a few months ago with a friend. TRX is suspension training that uses your own body weight to build strength, flexibility, core, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries.
I have never been as impressed with a gym class as I was with this one. It is high-energy suspension training that allows you to do more reps because you choose how much resistance you have. I was able to do more push-ups (floor style and standing), sit-ups and lunges than I ever have, and that gave me the biggest sense of “I can do this” I’ve ever had.
