I LOVE kneaders french toast and caramel sauce/syrup. It is soooooo good I decided to learn how to make it at home. Lets just say new Christmas breakfast traditions are in the making. And can I just say its better than liquid gold, that you eat. This syrup is great on french toast, fruit, ice cream and more!
So here’s the secret:
- 1/2 Cup brown sugar
- 1/2 Cup corn syrup
- 1/2 Cup heavy cream
- 1 Tsp vanilla
Cook all ingredients over medium heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. Serve warm and if you want it to last longer eat it alone while in hiding.
