If you’re like me, staying on track with your fitness goals can be tough, ESPECIALLY if you have a sweet tooth. A year and a half ago I started following the Isagenix plan to lose weight and by replacing two meals a day with my favorite (macronutrient balanced) protein shakes. So far I’ve lost 81 pounds (woot woot) and I’ve been more accountable, seen more changes physically and I have a plan to stay on track with my goals moving forward.
Here’s an example of what a typical breakfast looks like for me:
-Key Lime Pie Protein Shake-
2 Scoops Isalean Pro Vanilla
1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (or water for less calories)
1 Teaspoon Lime Zest
Juice from 1/2 a Lime
-Directions-
Add ice, blend and enjoy.
-Garnish-
Paper Straw
Lime wedge
A Dash of Crumbled Graham Cracker
1 Meal. Calories: 280-310 / Protein 36g / Carbs 21g/ Dietary Fiber 6g / 23 Vitamins & Minerals
