Mid-March is here which means St. Patricks Day is right around the corner, and it’s time for all things green.

A Green Charcuterie Board
To make this board different from last month (covered in Valentines Day pink and red candies), I included a large variety of salty options, veggies and dip for some fun combinations. The beauty with the charcuterie board concept is simply combining the food that you love and arranging it all together in a way that feels extra and boujee.

My board was a blend of veggies cut into bite-sized pieces for easy dipping, a green avocado salsa, chips, veggie straws, and crackers. You can really combine whatever you like though.
To assemble, prep ahead the dip and make your spreads beforehand, and wash and cut all vegetables. Use a large cutting board or round platter as the base and begin to lay out everything on it. Spacing the dips/spreads evenly and filling in any gaps with chips, crackers or bread. You can make it as big or small as you’d like too.
Below I’ve included a screenshot shopping list of everything I used to make this green charcuterie board.

In the end, it’s always a work of art and the perfect centerpiece for any party.
